Refund policy
PLEASE NOTE: ALL DISCOUNTED AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Online ordering can be difficult, and I get that. I want you to feel comfortable purchasing your piece and knowing that it is not a final decision. The return policy is as follows: (please read all and carefully, as there are NO EXCEPTIONS).
1. RETURNS: (AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2022)
*There is a 3 DAY return policy. Day 1 is the day it is received. This is including non-business days. It must ship back by the 3rd day at the latest. That does not mean it needs to REACH me by the 3rd day.
*Please make sure to measure accordingly. Canceled orders, even if not shipped yet will incur a 10% restock fee (unless you are using it as your one time exchange).
*Hair pieces must be sent back in the original condition sent. No cuts, color, or adjustment of the cap (moving of the clips, combs, part, etc.) No putting concealer on the silk. please do not use with any perfumes or use near anybody smoking. I inspect each return carefully. Please brush the hair and close all the clips when mailing back. Return must be shipped in the bag and box it arrived in, otherwise a $20 fee will be deducted from refund.
*PLEASE SEND A RETURN REQUEST THROUGH THE RETURN CENTER ON THE WEBSITE - DO NOT MAIL THE ITEM WITHOUT RECEIVING AN EMAIL REPLY CONFIRMING THE RETURN.
*ONCE CONFIRMED, PLEASE RETURN THE ITEM VIA THE SHIPPING METHOD CHOSEN. Day 3 is the last day to send me the tracking number. DO NOT REQUEST SIGNATURE OPTION FOR ALL RETURNS.
*If a return request is not sent and it is past the 3 days, the hair piece will be shipped back to the customer, at the customer’s expense.
*There is a 10% restock fee on all returns. This restock fee covers the shipping cost, the 3-6% PayPal/credit card transaction fee, the inspection of the return, the re-wash and reset of the hair, as well as re-listing it on my website.
*Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days of being returned. Depending on your bank it can take up to 7-10 business days to see the credit show up on your account after it has been processed. Please email us if you do not see your refund within 15 business days.

2. EXCHANGES:
*I offer a ONE TIME free exchange (plus a $15 re-ship fee for domestic shipments, and regular shipping costs for international). Once I receive your exchanged return, I will issue you a store credit to use at checkout. Please make sure to wait for your exchange code in order to buy another piece. If a second piece was purchased before using the store credit, the original purchase will incur the 10% restocking fee.
**It is a one time free exchange. If the 2nd item is returned, there is a restock fee on the 2nd item. I do not do 3rd time exchanges, it will be considered a new purchase.
3. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS are 15% of the entire order and minus the shipping cost.
All orders are fully insured. Most packages will require a signature for the safety of both parties (especially P.O. boxes and addresses with a unit number). If you are not home at the time of delivery, you can schedule a redelivery or pick it up from your post office. If a package is never picked up from the post office, they will treat is as abandoned after about 2 weeks, and will ship it back to me. We are NOT responsible for abandoned packages being sent back to us, in the case it gets lost.
Please only purchase if you are around to accept the package. I will not delay shipping if you are traveling. If you plan to travel or will not be home at the time the package will be delivered, it will be treated as a final sale if not returned on day 3. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. STORE CREDIT:
Store credits do not expire. It will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the return. The store credit is entered at check out in the PROMO/COUPON CODE box. Please wait for your store credit code to purchase a future piece. PLEASE WRITE YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER ON A CARD AND PLACE INSIDE THE BOX WITH YOUR RETURN.
